2. No Refund Policy (After Access)

Once you have successfully received access to any of the following, you will not be eligible for a refund:

- Digital courses or learning materials

- Growwix community access

- Live Zoom or Google Meet sessions

- Any downloadable or viewable content

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy after access is provided.

3. Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases)

Refunds will only be considered under the following condition:

- You have successfully made a payment, but

- You did NOT receive access to the purchased product within 24 hours

In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of payment.

4. Refund Process

If your request meets the above condition:

- Your refund will be reviewed and approved

- The amount will be processed within 7–10 working days

- Refund will be credited to the original payment method

5. No Cancellation Policy

Since Nexgyaan provides instant access to digital products, order cancellations are not applicable once the purchase is completed.
